I ask these questions simply because you wouldn't be the first person to save money by building it yourself..... only to find it actually costs you more in the long run when something goes wrong :-(

No I havnt built an engine before but I won't learn given the engine to some one when I could do it my self
That is correct, however, you need to be prepared, in a clean environment, cleanish is just not good enough. and the correct procedures need to be used....
If you had an accident and needed surgery would you want a doctor or a nurse to perform on you ? after all they have to learn as well !
