My jaw needs oiling. Where's the WD40??

They did vary slightly mate as they were painted on originally . Unless your building a mk1 works replica I wouldn't worry to much about the size . You could always scale up from an old picture

They were never a set size. The paint shop just masked off to the position shown and if the square was an inch or so different from another car no-one really bothered about it. It was, after all, just for the required rally numbers.
