Got some stainless bonnet pins at home. Want to put them on. Whats the easiest way to mount them? I thought maybe 2 plates halfway down the bonnet welded to the wing, then just drilled through? anyone got any pics?

Cheers

Have a look through the project pages for some piccies and ideas. Normally people have them in the corners of the bonnet. I guess if you only want to use two pins, you could use the back corners and retain the normal bonnet locking assembly. Most people use 4 pins, one in each corner of the bonnet. I would say a piece of metal plate should be fine for it, that's what most people do.
