As the subject asks, is there some way of explaining in smiple terms, how to tune a 998 for lively pokey road going fun? I only ask as my mini is feeling sluggish than normal.

Ive changed the oil, the dizzycap, gone all over with checks and such. Toped up the oil in the carb and fiddled it so its idle just under 1000revs... other than that, It seems to of lost its pokeyness.

Im running a stage one kit, water heated manifold, fast road needle...

there are a few threads about tuning 998's if you have a quick search you should find something thats helps.

But really i suggest taking it for a rolling road session. that should put some life in it.
