Hi folks is it different drive flange bolts for using metro flanges and vented turbos brakes as my disc just stripped all four bolt holes

Yes, they're metric M10 set screws

Not just any bolts, they are grade SAE 8 - NOT ISO 8 !

Yeah flange bolts are cheap enough but the caliper bolts are a ridiculous 3.60 each

That's because they cost so much to make in the correct material and specification, unfortunately it costs to save lives, using the wrong materials is no fun when it fails as you try to stop one day :(

This type of bolt is made in such small batch sizes, this also has a knock on effect with the cost.

Just bought these and caliper bolts I feel my wallet has been abused lol over 20 quid on bolts lol poor bank account lol

Don't forget that if you're mounting metro 4 pot callipers on to a mini hub the bolt you need is one with a imperial thread and a metric shank, it is specifically made for the job when they built the ERA Turbo, hence the price.

They are not "wide", when an object is round it is a "diameter" therefore 9.8mm diameter

And as it is based on an M10 bolt/screw it will be 10mm +0.0 /-0.25mm

I wasn't having a moan at you, as it appears to be quite a lot of people use the term, websites use all manner of words to cover search's by potential customers :-)
