If there isn't already and I'm just blind. I think it would be an idea to have a spotted section, with sub category's of north west, midlands, london... etc etc
There's probably a good reason you don't already have one but I have been on other forums and they have worked really well. Easier than just having a 'Spotted north' thread as I don't think many use or see such things.

I also have seen these on other car forums I've used previously.
If it were considered I don't think it would be worth splitting it it down in to area based sections though.
But as above, sadly this sort of information can be used by thieves to target vehicles.
