Would really like this info too!

I've often searched and kept an eye on some build threads.

The Moss website has a pretty good instuctional pdf that I can only assume can be indicative of the process for Vmax, Minispeed, or Jonspeed kits.

Which kit would you lean towards? (i assume Suck Through using the Easton supercharger?)

Having spoken to people from Eaton, I will not being going down the suck-through route.
The M-Series of superchargers are intended to be dry, and are not designed to have liquid go through them. Passing fuel through the M45 causes damage to the rotors, which will in time cause the teflon coating to come off and pass through your engine as well as a large loss of pumping ability (boost).

Blow through is a far better method as it allows intercooling, but is more difficult to do and no off-the-shelf kits are available afik, though SRE got involved in one a few years ago.

TurboMinis is the best place to go for advice for all things boosted.

Its pretty simple to convert to supercharged (suck through) i got the VMAX kit which involves:

Changing the crank pulley
M45 supercharger
Inlet manifold and carb manifold
HIFF44 carb
Electric fuel pump
Fuel pressure regulator
Head shim (instead of changing pistons for a lower compression)
X-pin diff is recommended but i know some people run without them

You will also run into things such as carb manifold freezing up and causing spluttering or engine stalling depending how cold the weather is. This can be sorted with either a heating element in the air filter or copper pipe wrapped around the manifold running off the radiator, keeping the manifold above a certain temp.

The thing about running fuel through the supercharger, i haven't seen any damage to my rotors over the 1000 i have driven it. Yes eventually the coating will give way but if you get a M45 without teflon rotors you will be fine.

I don't know about eaton but my Toyota sc12 has been running with fuel going through since 2007, limited milage as its just a fun car , but there is no signs of the rotor coating coming off yet.

You will know if you have teflon rotors because they will be coated black, I don't think it will effect the SC if it comes off. When i first got my SC it had some coating missing in places and was fine.

I have spoke to him twice and emailed twice? Makes you wonder how the company handles problems always comes in my mind, when you ask for information about a sale of a product?
