Hi, you do need to lower the column, but the road version has been done to accept various wheels, but you may need to buy a spacer. As for the dials, it does take standard, but will need a bit of playing with to get them where you want them. This is a custom part for you to build up.

will take more pics of a TMF member holding the dash on Sunday (volunteers!)

with more detail on measurements as well.

will be sorting out better pics of pod, and measurements of pod. Since this is a new product (and not a copy of a existing product) i am still sorting out where things go to best advantage!

I will be fitting one to my own car, with pics and details of how to do it.

Ta

when the dash is fitted in the car, is the instrument panel face totally verticle or does it have a backwards tilt to it?

Got one in stock, ready to post. How easy to fit? depends on how much time you put into it.

as soon as i get all new dials etc will be doing a pic and show on a Mini, so you can see what was done and roughly how long it took to do.

but will be at Gayden on the 4th June if you want a chat about it.

Anymore info on these?
Any chance of those measurements for both race & road?
Any pics of one fitted to car to see how it sits?

Cant work out which version I would want?????

P.S I still want one of these. Maybe I will be able to write a review & fitting guide for this.

Cheers.

Is there a left hand drive version of this dash? I'd like one, but I don't want to sit on the "wrong" side to have one :(

/Carl

edit: notices I awoke a really old post

Sorting out seperate pod so it can be moved along, if you get what i mean.

So could have it in centre, left or right hand drive.

At the moment, more time is being spent on the "Minillinum Dash"

But moving the pod would put the "center" part on the wrong side ;)

I'm an impulse buyer and allways buy chocolate at diy stores and condoms at petrol stations.. If you are near the exit door, you will have a very good day!!!!!
