you will probably need no thinners at all. just let it flash(dry) off properly between coats and it should dry a bit quicker than spraying.

My experiences.with 2pack are different. The rollers dissolve within a couple of minutes because of the quite aggressive 2k thinner. Even if you don´t add thinner (which I didn´t) any rollers I tried gave up after a few minutes, leaving annoying little foam particles in the nice new paint.
I asked my professeional paint shop about it. They don´t provide rollers for 2pack paint. There aren´s any that last they said.
Rollering celluslose paint works great by the way. The results are astonishing, so rollering itself is a very good DIY option. Just not with 2pack.
edit: some brushes work with 2k paint. If you wish to use(up) the same 2k paint as for the body the brush finish is perfectly acceptable for chassis and underbody in my opinion.

you can get rollers that will work with 2pak. being a spraypainter, i would rather just spray it. but i have used a 2pak putty system that was designed to do small repair patches with a roller. it came with a small roller and tray. its advantage was that you have less cleanup and little to no masking. but the downside was that it can be tricky to get smooth edges.
for underneath it would work fine.
i dont think it was an especially fancy roller . maybe just try a few different brands of foam roller before you start on the car to make sure it doesnt disolve.
