As ever Stuart, great photos and short film - thank you very much. :D

I forgot to add the the chap who had waved us off was a former Plant employee, having worked at Cowley for 39 years.  He very kindly brought me some memorabilia from a Cowley family day back in 1973.  He wasn't on the convoy, he just wanted to come up and see the cars, and he seemed like an ideal person to wave us off to Gaydon.

Chris Barker's photos (with many thanks) of the Cooper Sport 500 and 2000 Mini Register stand at Gaydon. First reunion of 4 out  of the 8 press cars in 13 years.

Great photos and a fantastic stand!  Well done to all those who made it happen - I know it doesn't just happen by itself!

You certainly have some die-hards in your club - whether it's sub-zero at Brooklands or boiling at Gaydon, the Cooper Sport 500 and 2000 Mini Register put on a great show which is always interesting and lovely to see.  Thank you  :D
