As Simon has said, you will need either 150 posts or TMF+ membership. I know you are in Aus but with TMF+ membership you get discount of numerous companies ranging from 7.5% at Minispares to 12.5% discount on Heritage panels from Minispeed. Its worth £5.

How do I upgrade?
Go to the subscriptions link on the top lh side, click on that and pay a fiver through paypal. Its on a yearly basis.
