I'm not sure what finish it is on the dash - does anyone know where to get it from?

 

And, when I fit the speakers where's best to re-direct the air vent to?

Also, I can't find leather dash pads like that one anywhere...

I too am interested with what people have to say about the best speakers to replace the vents. My vents have been blanked off and really fancy dash mounted speakers...

[Was a Mayfair but not now]

i put in some 4" speakers in my dash vents. didnt need to cut the dash and fitted smashingly. with the vents behind them i just covered them with polathene with elastic band around so no air or moisture can get through.
