I'll see if i can dig out a pic of my old mini, was red with white arches (I was too lazy & cheap) to spray them.

 

Will be difficult to find one as it was "BC" (Before Camera-phone) when you actually had to own a separate camera in order to take a picture!!

Thanks everyone for your feedback and opinions. I decided to go for it and I have to say I'm more than happy with the result.



Might not be to everyone's taste but I think it looks cool and quite original??
All that's left is to put some black rubber trim on the outer edge of the arches. What do you guys think? :)

For me, if you changed the black rubber strip around the rear opening windows for a white one ( not sure if you can buy them white or would need to paint yourself) it would set the car off really nicely. If you can't get white ones, chrome ones would achieve the same result. But the white arches look good. Do you have any more pictures?

Definitely go for the black arch trim!

Must admit I sort of like it, didn't think I would, but it's turned out really well!

Thanks guys, I am happy you like it too. Was a bit worried the white arches were to my weird taste haha
I like idea of white/chrome window seal, it would look better I think

I'm hoping to have the car back next week with 12 months MOT. I will post more pictures as soon as possible. Cheers :)

Has anyone got a picture of a red mini with white roof and white arches please? It's surprising hard to find so I'm guessing not many people do it?
