you dont see these mini dedicated bays much anymore.... there used to be one in Stafford and in Looe I remember in the 90s....  havnt seen one myself for years.

 

The carpark at work has "small cars only" spaces - people park their range rovers in it and rip the signs off.   forces people to have to do 3 point turns to get round the corner unless you have a good turning circle on the car.
