Hey All....

I have been browsing the weird and wonderful internet for 12" rims and have come across the below american company and it has got me thinking.

http://www.rainbowcu...els.12__wheels/

Can you use Golf Cart Wheels? They have a 4 stud pattern but just not sure they are legal for road use :P (some of the designs are :X but there are the odd one thats nice)

Cheers,

Tom

Golf cart wheels aren't designed for road speeds.

This topic comes up time and time again.

Maybe a mod should pin a little bit of information on the safety risks?

Just an idea  ;D

i cant see this being road legal, also changing wheel sizes messes up your speedometer bare this in mind

Why would it change his speed? He is already running 12" wheels, so unless he is changing the profile of his tyres the speed will be the same.

The OP is referring to Golf Cart Rims, not golf cart tyres.
