When I did mine, I first split the hydragas system 50/50 and 'individualised' the front and back suspension. Then there is a small piece of metal tube (I had help with this, not sure where it came from) that you file down on a 1:5 ratio, so 5 millimeters off it would drop the car 25 millimeters. Then relieve slight pressure from the system. It sits really nice, and with MGF ball joints camber is returned to the front and it handles nice without bouncin' it's gangnam style down the road!
