Hey all, haven't been on here in a while! I am glad to report my mini has been going absolutely brilliantly and has done 3500 trouble free miles in the last 2 months. There is only 1 problem I have that seems to be reoccurring, the clutch arm partially seizes, meaning no clutch. I have lubed it with wd, white grease, lithium grease, ccopper grease, engine oil, still seizes every 1000 miles or so. Any recommendations? Thanks all

Is this by taking off the alloy clutch cover and cleaning both the bore and the steel shaft ? I would have thought it would not seize every 1000miles if it was done by stripping it down and cleaning/greasing?

By rights it should be lubricated with something dry like graphite powder, otherwise all the crap sticks in there and helps thinks get sticky.

Its 2 disimilar metals so its what happens without cleaning and greasing.

So you've used everything except the proper manufacturer recommended type of grease then?  It should be Graphite grease, the easiest brand to find retail is Graphogen.  Working all these different and probably completely incompatible greases into each other without cleaning it out is asking fro trouble.
