I had to present footage to clerk of course and it ws put down to racing incident.

I think the grey car went into a gap which wasn't there, then locked up after he hit him and that carried the crash on.
i completely agree, the blue car does close the gap up, but it wasnt big enough to get a car through anyway!
the blue car barely moved, its the grey car that swerves quickly left and right and starts it all off!
thats just my opinion, but its the guy in the grey car i would be hacked off with.
