All,

Firstly, apologies if this has been covered for an MPI mini before.

I will be removing the engine & box from my MPI mini withint he next few weeks as i start a rebuild and restoration. I have never tried this before on an MPI, although it did take and engine out of an 850 a long time ago.

Is there a guide to MPI removal as the landscape looks very different to the old 850!!

many thanks in advance.

There's certainly a lot more stuff in the bay but the principle is the same. Just bear in mind when lifting out, the engine is further forward in MPIs - be careful when getting the gearbox over the front panel.
