What? Sorry, run that by me again please. I dont quite understand what you are trying to do here??????
so that is two switches and one is in the dash.
Now i know it was a long time since i went to school and i may be over 800 years old, but even i can see it would be easier to run a single bit of wire from the fuse box to the amp.
A simple answer to a simple question was achieved in the first two posts. and how long does it take to run a single wire about 7 feet through a car?
I reckon you have shares in a switch manufacturing company LOL

The ON - ON switch is in the boot, and that chooses whether you have music, or lights, then to stop the front lights coming on when you just want to listen to music, you have a simple ON - OFF in the dashWhat? hahaha really, is running a cable that difficult... very easy to hide under carpet and into the boot.
