Just checked my plugs and realized it is all white at the tip n seems to he very lean

What can I do to make it run normal again ?

First thing to check is the vacuum pipes, mainly the one to the ECU but all must be totally air tight, any minor gaps can give you all sorts of troubles. If they are OK then i would suggest checking there are no other leaks from the inlet manifold/throttle body. Is it noticeable when driving?
