Morning,

 

trying to fit my front seat belts, the are interia belts and inside the rear bin there is a oval mounting for them(i believe this is what it is for)

 

but they don't seem to want to release, is there meant to be a bracket for them to be at the right angle or am i missing something simple?

the bolt hole points towards the floor, i have had to replace my passenger belt due to it locking solid!
