I am trying to fit a lightweight flywheel to an A+ motor and the flywheel taper seems to small at the very end. Does the flywheel need to be flush with the end of the crankshaft? I am fitting a pre-verto as it was a verto design before. So I have nothing to compare how far it goes on to. i have attached some pictures to help show what I am talking about.

Looks about right.

The end of the crank must always end up slightly recessed compared to the face of the flywheel boss. If it is flush then the taper won't grip properly.
