Thanks alot, i get a few days every few week to work on it so hoping to get the a panel back on then the front can be fitted :)

Cool. You decided what colour you're doing the roof yet?

Errm well i did think of dark grey, but i have decided to keep it all one colour and do it all kingfisher blue :)

Right all an update,

 

finally got some time on the mini today, and got the scuttle fixed, the shock mount repaired and replaced, and the flitch panel finished off also got the drivers side blanking plate in for the flitch panel :)

 

A nice big hole..

looking bit better, now and the shock will be replaced at some point..

Right all I now have the A-panel on, and the floor welded up...

 

 

 

And also repaired my floor, not the best job but it will all be covered with carpet anyway

Then sealed and painted up.

I was glad that this was just a hole in the floor and nothing more...

I also had a go at fitting the front wings on, just clamped in place for now as i need to line it all up first.. she looks like a mini again :)

 

 

 

Just the wings to weld on and to skin the doors then its prep and paint i hope :)

I had a little time for a mock up with wings and chin spoiler.....

 

 

 

Next i need to get my wings welded on and crack on with the doors and trimming of my chin spoiler to fit nicer, and prep etc :)
