subframe mounts

right im doing a flip front and i was wondering if i need solid subframe mounts im not sure which ones i just remember reading it somewhere so i thought i would ask. anyone??

yep! I got mine from minispares, but most places do them. You'll need just the rears and uppers (and not the front teardrops) and a set of bracebars. (the bracebars "replace" the front mounts.)

Best ones to go for are the solid alloy upper subframe mounts that go either side of the turret bolts. It's up to you whether you also go for solid lower mounts, there is a risk of the floor cracking where they mount as it's not particularly strong.

I always use normal mounts at the bottom and alloy at the top...

cool i thought the floor might crack so i'll do the same. where do i get alloy top mounts??
