Hi all little help please, I own a 95' cooper spi and want some more power. I have fitted a
LCB, straight thru exhaust with RC40 back box and a K&N. I was thinking of adding a SW5 cam,
1.5 rockers and maybe having a stg3 head with a RR session of course. Just wonderin if I would
feel much difference with these parts?

Ive got a '95 cooper SPI with stage 1, LCB, SW5i, 1.5 roller rockers and double valve springs and you can deffinatly feel the difference. Was gonna go Stage 3 but im staving my money for a project i have in mind.

A rebuild from the shell up which will inclued a vtec in a standard round nose.
