You can buy that sender for less than the 29 GBP on eBay. It is 27 GBP at Mini Spares and will have a discount if you have the TMF + membership. Not that I shop there, but Mini Sport lists them for under 22 GBP. Most Mini specialists are going to have that style sender for less than the eBay seller.
