Read somewhere that the starter motor on the k series hits the subframe. Is this the case with the all speed frame or not?

Not on the pg1 box the starter is on the top although allspeed won't guarantee a pg1 will fit. A removable bar clears the problem of starter on the r65 box

With the all speed frame you'll need a aftermarket starter motor when using the r65 box, think you can modify the frame to clear but it's still very close.

you wont find 10inch wheels for metro hubs, as far as I'm aware.
