The bit that was worn was the alloy nut/stud (dont know which youd call them - the bit that you put on / take off in order to fit / remove the wheel) which was rounded off, and some how even when turning was not coming out but its off now and all good :)
well when stood still is about 1/4 of an inch ish away from the arch, when on full lock it rubs and when turning and going on a bumpy road it rubs, but only on the sports pack arches (not the metal wings/original arches), the sp arches flex and bend a little, im gunna use it for work tomorrow, if its a huge problem, ill have to re think, just gunna see how it goes :)
