which elec dizzy are we talking about? a standard lucas metro item? If so, the two wires go to the two terminals on the coil. simple.

However, there has been talk of the system being ballasted or non-ballasted the last couple of days, and now I'm unsure as to which it is!

Need the plug to fit the electronic dizzy. This will have two wires coming from it, white/yellow and white/black. Connect the white/yellow to the coil '+' (and if your exisiting wiring is ballast ignition (should see a wire that says 'ballast' under the grime) you will need a new wire from the "live when ign on" fuse).

You do need the electronic coil, that and the electonic dizzy all run at 12V.

Then connect the white/black wire to the coil '-' and that's it!

Or if you dont have the plug you can order new ones from me
