Best....but not expensive......that doesnt really exist. You want the best, you have to pay for it I'm afraid.

I dont think the wheels you have require any specific suspension kit.
If cost is the limiting factor then just make sure that everything is in a good servicable condition, well greased where needed, replace worn/old/loose parts with good quality standard items.
