tried the seats in the car today. I used some 2x4 alloy box section for the floor

mounts that bolt to the cobra seat mounts!   I cut two 4inch slots in the box so they are adjustable

by loosening the bolts that go through the floor for the driver side only!  they work a treat!

I was never happy with the floor even after the so called painter finished it!

so three weeks of rubbing down building up the primer and top coat

and only using shaky cans I am finally happy with it! :shifty:

What didn't you like about the floor? aren't you going to carpet it?

Looks less glossy/shiny.

it wasn't up to a good standard! ...I am going to carpet it but knowing what's under it pezzed me off!

less shiny!!  I didn't drown it in lacquer and hide any marks like the first painter did I just painted it properly :proud:

look what's come in the post today!...

is it okay to install the raised tunnel at an early stage? isn't it hard later for the brake and gear cables?

is it okay to install the raised tunnel at an early stage? isn't it hard later for the brake and gear cabl you need it in to paint the inside!

you need it welding in before you paint the inside. I cut a hole in the dash end of the tunnel so I could fit wiring through into the dash area take a look at cpt kirk supercharged k20 build, Andy has made my build so much easier we all have him to thank!....thanks Andy kirk
