Hi,

What's the best way to repair the bottom part of the actual door frame, it has rusted more than the skin itself. can you cut out the frame and get replacement section ?

last ones we did, we just made up the section we needed out of sheet steel cut and bent

Like above you cut it out a repair it with the panel or make up your own panel.
