I am about to go on a very long jurny with no petrol, i have fund 2 10euro notes, can i cash there in at a post office?

if the post office offers an exchange service.....dunno if 20euros gonna get u 3 hours of juice though...
marks and spencers give u interest free exchange though might work out better.
