Right,

i need to get a plan made up of whats going where and how much space we need in meters..

so for all the poeple who is camping please can you tell me how large your tent is in meters and also what car your in so i can work out what size space we will need in toltal... PLEASE SAY IF YOUR CAR THAT YOU ARE COMEING IN IS GOING ON TO THE STAND, all welcome, becouse if your car is on show that will be inside the markey under shelter, unless you want it out side...? but mostly will be under shelter...

please say if you need any extra space for trailers or caravans etc so i can work out space.
Please allow for guide ropes etc on your tents

so a list of tents/cars/ and what ever in meters please
this will help me plan out whats going where etc....

we have unlimited space but we need to tell them how much space.

are 4x4 say 3 meters

are tent 6 meters by 3 meters.

are Gazebo 3 meters by 3 meters

Ok,

the Army Tent is 6m x 12m

our tent is about 2m x 3m ( dont know without setting it up for sure)

Ford is about 1.5m x 4m

Trailer is 1.5m x 4.5m

we also have 2 Minis that we are bringing. Driving one up and the other on the trailer with the Ford towing.

i tried to guess the best I could with the sizes. hope it helps, if not let us know

ok here we go the tent is 10x10 metres,
transit van errm 2x4 metres
trailer is 8ft by 22ft ish
barby is 1/2 x 1.5 metres
then 2 mini's cause mark forgot to mention his LOL

Tent is a large 6 man tent, not sure the size, and me mini how ever big or small that is, and hopefully be on the stand if you want it on there mark!!!

jules need to no in meters about how big is your tent, i will guess at about 3 meters by say 2 meters? is that about right

just that i need to mark out a plan for whats going where and i need to send the show the plan of how much room we need in total as a square figer.

as for your mini that will be in the marky so that wont count.

think that figer should be ok..

PLEASE CAN ANYONE ELSE CAMPING OR STAYING WITH US PLEACE GIVE SOME REF TO SIZE else you wont have room acounted fr,

Umm, I'l say its about 4m x 3m just to be on the safe side!!!

Is there anything else you need for the big day that I can bring,
I was thinking that if our minis are going to be on show we clean them before we go up but when we get there there will be loads of bugs on them, are we near water tap things to clean are babies up??

Although our tent has now been water proofed so we wont be getting wet if it rains :grin:

vauxhall frontera (not sure on size)

caravan 9x3m or maybe 9x6m if the awning is put up

these are only very rough sizes

not sure about tps, but im takening lots of cleanoing stuff. tyre paint and a plastic gloss, all your minis will shine...

one thing tho..

all minis on the stand will have to have a site sticker in the window. :grin:
we will be bring some and fingers crossed we might have some new rear window stickers too.

but anyways back to the sizeing of iteams

1x BBQ area (say 3 meters sq)

well dilly shud be going on the stand.but probably outside because i will want to drive it sometimes

give us a total of 10mx10m and i can fit it all in.booty.
