Right guys this is your last chance to say how much room you will need and wheather you want your mini on the stand as mark will be doing to plans eaither tonight or tommorrow so we can tell the organsiers how much roon we need :cheese:

I'll need access from the tent too as i'm going to abuse it lots on the strip. also need a photo of at least 3 mini's and there occupants ''''''''SQUEEZED INTO OUR TENT''''''''' to try and win a competition that will buy the site a marquee to keep.

so it looks like 11 possible minis in the show tent!, thats great...

cowboy i will leave to to you to sort out. eg size.

can you also in your plans make sure you make room for a table for flyers etc to go onto, (a paste table we have for that)

and a same size table for are scaletric mini set me and dave are working on for the show, YES RACEING mini's on one track! in the show tent!. thats all im saying at the mo.

change of plan. my clubby will not be ready for the day now. so i will be coming with my mate in his. its a bit raggy, a work in progress kind of thing. hope this is ok.

god dam spray dudes, they will take there time on these things...

mines been sorded off the road because the rear sub frames f**ked, but mines still going?

aint there a way you can get it there anyways?
if not make up a board so they can see just what you have anyways?

all the pace for the show area for camping etc has been sorted, everyone has there own space and it will be great!

erm my mini (undercover please :tongue: )

tent about 3x2m

vauxhall frontera (not sure on size)

caravan 9x3m or maybe 9x6m if the awning is put up

these are only very rough sizes

maybe transit van a trailor instead of frontera and caravan, my mini got engine probs jus gota see how serious then decide if its fixable before the show, if it isnt then looks like its coming on a trailor

it's ok mark has accounted for more space than we need and his car will be coming on a trailor too aas his needs a new rear sub frame :grin:

iv'e managed to get extra tentage so i can make the tent longer, if need be we can put our tents up inside the tent to stay dryer
