I'm retired and do what I want whenever I want. That's the best job I've ever had.
However, my career was in engineering design & associated technical support, running my own business. We did a lot of aerospace and automotive and I'm proud of a lot of the projects my company worked on over the years.
Now I restore my Minis and enjoy driving them around and I help to run a gliding club and fly my vintage sailplane as well.
Being retired is simply wonderful.
Tomorrow I'm going to start fitting new sills to my 850 Mini with the help of my best friend - another Mini enthusiast since the '60's.

I really can't wait to retire well if I can afford to. As much as I love my job, there isn't enough hours in the day.
