hi, i was at a mini show a few weeks back and saw that falken 165 10 inch tyres are about 23quid each and 90 quid for a set. i didn't have the money there and then so i got a quote for the exact same tyres at a garage near me today, they quoted me 35 each but that was with fitting, balancing and new valves. is this any good? or would it be worth going to another show and buying them from there?
thanx

You can usually get tyres fitted for under a tenner a tyre, so it sounds a little over the odds (by a couple of quid)
have you tried blackcircles.co.uk?

Yeah that sounds a bit steep, it shouldnt be more than a few squids for the fitting. Have a look round at the prices you can get on the net, mytyres.com, tirerack.com.
