I bought 3 things from dsn classic a brake servo plate a heater stub take off and a pressure relief valve cap

And the stub take off and pressure valve cap both of them in my opinion are crap
There is black marks all round the cap like its not been annodised properly and the stub has marks all round the surface were the bolts go though

What are dsn classics like wen you want to send somthing back?

They are normally pretty hot on the quality of their anodising, I would expect they would want to know about this.

As with all things, it's best to give the supplier/shop a ring and give them a chance to rectify any issues you may have. I am sure Steve will be able to help

The OP was asking for advice and about other peoples experiences rather than mouthing off!

I agree that its only fair to give the supplier a chance to sort it BUT I don't think its fair to slate the OP on this one. After all he has paid a LOT of money for a few shiny bits, its only right that they should arrive as expected. He now has to waste his time and money to correct it so I think a simple 'what are they like to deal with' post is not unreasonable. If you are paying a premium price for a premium product you shouldn't expect second rate quality control.

Every time I've been to the shop they've been very helpful.

They take extreme pride in their RetroSport products so I'm certain they will be saddened to hear you are dis-satisfied with the products you have purchased and are likely to be as helpful to you as they can be.
