went to bleed brakes last night, filled the master with fluid and it started leaking fron the t piece on the front subby, so today i went to the n and b shop and got 2 new copper washers, fitted them, filled it back up and its bubbling out again!
Why o why oh why???????

is the end of the brake pipe nice and smooth? get some sandpaper on it to clean it up. Be careful that you do it as flat as possible though (don't want it "bowed" or anything...)

What pipe? its seeping out the bolt that bolts down

the bolt screws down into the end of the brake pipe. the washers either side seal it. the surfaces that the washer seals to need to be nice, clean and flat. if its coming out the top, then maybe you have some contamination under the bolt head or on the t-piece
