Id sort those oversills out before you paint it then, will rust inside out with them on!;)

There not hiding anything ?? Outer sill was cut out, Inner sill sandblasted (as was rhe rest of the car) and repaired then i seam welded new outer sill's on. I'v also injected the sill's with rust prohibitor. Please tell me what more i could of done.

could you not have used normal sills then?? these do not have the normal vents on that the normal sills have and are double the width.   why did you use them?

Ahhhhhh :D They were knocking around  the garage from when I raced minis Grass Tracking. As I'm building a Rally Car, strength and durability is my priority ! Not Looks. Fair dooze you have a keen eye. I've now decided on Teal Blue not orange ;D  Top coat tomorrow. I'll post some pictures. I would appreciate any advice with the build.

Ok, excellent:). I would drill some holes in the bulge bits to allow it to ventilate.

Make a build thread!! Set one up and a photobucket account, so you can upload good pictures

There are some awsome rally car build threads on here for you to have a good look at. Give you some good ideas

Photobucket it is !!!!!! Iv had a really GOOD day !! MSA are allowing A+ Engines in Historic rally's as of January Whoop Whoop !
