hi all.... been in the garage most of the day..woohoo lucky me...:0)... anyway after welding up the ariel hole in the roof and bogging it up ...i stepped back to look at the rear and thought it looks boring with s bumper so what do you think?? it isnt finished and i need to master the art of the chrome trim and heat gun!!

I personally think trim around the bumper lips look tacky.

I have seen it on another car somewhere and thought it looked quite good, I believe it was on the front though

i think it was on the yellow britax mini, it had it on both front and back if i remember correctly.....

problem is you need the lip covered without a bumper and i dont want it lipless.....maybe black trim would look better

Black trim might look bit better, I too didn't want the bumper (front though) so just de bumpered it and I love the look of the front now

you dont need to put any trim on the edge as its a factory edge not a rusty 1, also you had better get the welder put where you have cut that edge away, as you have removed half the spot welds

Yeah that does look cool, just take a few goes to get it right and looking good:).


For a retro look if keep bumpers for use and fit overriders!!

Each to their own mate, I think it does. Same as the side strips, I just hate chrome lol
