you dont need to put any trim on the edge as its a factory edge not a rusty 1, also you had better get the welder put where you have cut that edge away, as you have removed half the spot welds


If it was factory welds I would agree but I've replaced boot floor, valance and hinge panel ...... Don't worry it's more than capable of not having that 15mm extra lip....:0).... I've seamed welded the whole length of the rear inside....as well as spot welding the lip near the body aswell

I think it looks alright against the yellow.. what colour you planning to do yours?

Yeah that does look cool, just take a few goes to get it right and looking good:).
For a retro look if keep bumpers for use and fit overriders!!

I'm not sure if the trim on the britax one is the delux trim or a piece off stainless

I think it'll look much better when the car is painted. Chrome always looks tacky on an unfinished car.

Ah sweet lucky then your car should look really good when done I though about doing this to mine but couldnt pluck up the courage to cut the tabs off haha :P
