So far so good here. The bottom of the town was flooded a few years back but that was because nobody knew who had
the key to lock the stainless steel floodgates on the seafront

Stuff got thrown around last night and a few seafront premises were flooded and masonry smashed.
The beach road was mostly under water this morning.
But I think the only casualties were hundreds of half-grown spring bulbs.

Holy cow! They are some awesome vids and pics but that must be bloody scary if you live in the houses in the first one when you see the water come over the top. Imagine if you were in your mini and went anywhere near the second one as the water comes over.
Its going to be a while yet before all the water disappears. I hate to think what the total repair bill will be.
