Hey all, would it be possible to make a removable steel front for a clubman using a front cut? Also what else would be required? I have a front cut for my van to replace the rusty front guards but was wondering if it would be easier or beneficial to make a custom front end? Bearkng in mind it was in an accident some time in its 36 years and was repaired poorly with another dodgy front cut. All opinons and ideas/info and know how wlcome.
Cheers Adam

The front end is structural, carrying subframe loads, and provides impact protection, so making it removable is a very bad idea.
