Restore it to the correct and safe ride height (there is some leeway for adjustment, but you must never go too low), with the only suitable springing medium for the short travel suspension, which is rubber cones.

Sorry about the above, while the advice is well meant I don't think Tiger has taken account that English may not be your first language and he has misunderstood. I take it from what you have said that the car is not hitting the bump stops, is that right? Is the whole problem to do with the suspension feeling loose and rattly? What are the roads like there?

Advice would be to go find a good garage to set up the car and look at it properly..

Or a local club (other owner) to have a look

Have you checked for floor cracking as suggested?

I would follow this advice

Check the front subframe mounts especially the rear ones to see if they are not damaged at all. It will also pay you to look at the front toe board to see if there is any cracking / rust around there.
The rear again could be down to wear and tear on the subframe mounts and also the radius arm pins.

Today i had my car checked... finally i found what the problem is.
The shock absorber bushes are totally worn all around ! And the mechanic told me that he could take the shock absorber from the body and move it! ...
what do i have to buy ? Is there any kit that includes all bushes for the shocks ?
Can anyone send me a link please!
