Thanks Ben, just every time I think I'm winning there's something else! Mini's ay! lol

 

Just went out there now. managed to uncease the other nipple that was stuck with loads of oil and heat!!

 

Tried drilling out the other snapped one and its still stuck! going to try a easy out, which I didn't want to do but hayho.

 

I don't relay want to buy another calliper so hopefully I'll save it!

got the engine running today!

 

need to sort out rev counter, re locate fuel pump, fix brake calliper, fit back box, re spray.

 

I'll post a video of it once its uploaded

Here's a quick vid. Nothing exciting

 

I drove it up the road briefly just to check clutch brakes etc and all seemed good!

 

Going to get it re spayed then set up on a rolling road!

I've been let down by my mate to paint her, so I've found another place just down the road from me (very handy)

It was surface rust that i ground down to fresh metal.
