I produce/design body kits for Jaguar XK's for a living out of GRP and CF. And also thought about doing some Mini bits and pieces, but there are so many companies out there that do it. One thing i did produce which i couldn't find anywhere, was some subtle side sill covers. Had enough of the grit, salt and mud getting stuck in the trim.

Here is my first mini with them on (which is now dead) =[

Only sold a few of them over a long period so gave up with it, they will be going on my clubby once i have decided which arches to blend into them

I've seen several threads on here where wheels extend slightly beyond the wings, but people don't like the arch extensions and ask is this legal? How about some subtly widened wings to cover this?

Modern yet classic interior parts, with a classic look but with better function like a centre console not made of mdf that has a cup holder, as someone has already said a centre binnacle with rev counter pod, door cappings also something to cover the bare metal parts like a pillars I'm also sure some people would buy the a pillar covers with gauge pod all of the above offered on various carbon option

another idea (maybe slightly expensive though)

how about a full mini shell to cover a space frame,  one of the first, kind of rust proof mini's

Do people prefer seamed or deseamed? Part of what I do in my spare time involves making chassis so this is all possible.

Also if people could send me some examples of what they do and don't like it would be great, just so I know what to avoid, don't want to go to the trouble and expense of making the molds only to find no one likes the look lol.

I'm moving into a nice 500sqft workshop soon so as soon as this happens I'll be able to make a start.

I'd say seams with no bumpers but i suppose everybody is different   could it be possible to make a universal mould and then just stick little bits on that costumers ask for

i.e. make a deseamed mould and if someone asked for one with them just stick them on afterwards, that way you would be catering to most mini fanatics :)
