Loving the look of this colour from some of the pictures i've seen and planning on getting my car sprayed fairly soon! Post all of the mini's you know of/own/have seen in this colour please! Thanks a lot.

How come some island blue's look darker than others? I would prefer it to be a bit darker, something like this.

All down to light available, the weather, condition of the paintwork itself, variations in photographic image and rendering etc, a lot of colours are like that!

 

The pic you've just posted - the blue on that Mini looks close to Zircon Blue as on my Rover P5B Coupe...

Yeh I see the colour and love it and in other situations i'm not 100%! This is gonna be a hard decision!

the shade of the colour can also be different depending on the colour of the primer used beneath it, white primer will make it a lighter shade than a yellow or grey primer

That is because it is Teal Blue
