Hi, came across this manifold after deciding to run twin hs2's rather than hs4's. It looks lovely after a quick clean and paint.

A few problems have come to light now its on the car, firstly what can I do about the throttle cable, standard manifolds have the little bracket. What do people running Maniflow manifolds do?

Secondly the Maniflow lcb exhaust flange is thicker than the manifold flange where they attach to the head. What's the standard practice for a problem like this? Am I best to fabricate a spacer between the head and the intake manifold or is there a simpler option.

Thanks for your help guys, I'm almost there now!

I have bolted the throttle bracket at the back, to the elbow bolt of the front carb.

If the thickness is different between the two manifolds you have two choices - easiest is to fabricate some washes that have a step on them - or take the lcb off and grind some slots to take the thickness down.
